Does the Axis Bank Select Credit Card give free airport lounge access?

The Axis Bank Select Credit Card gives 8 complimentary domestic lounge visits a year, usually capped at 2 per quarter. International lounge visits are capped at 12 a year. Access is not automatic any more, because you need ₹50,000 of spend in the previous quarter before the visits become available, which is ₹16,667 a month.
