BOBCARD ETERNALower annual fee
BOBCARD PREMIERWomen, lower fee
Union Bank Divaa Credit CardNo. Tiara is issued only to women. BOBCARD Eterna has the same fee and a near-identical earn grid for everyone.
On 1 September 2026, BOBCARD dropped the first-year fee on Easy, Premier, Select and Eterna. Tiara was not on that list. It still charges a ₹2,499 + GST joining fee, waived only if you spend ₹25,000 in the first 60 days. BOBCARD's site also carried a notice that some Tiara features and charges may be revised from 15 July 2026, so read the current MITC before you apply.
That matters because Tiara and Eterna are close cousins. Both cost ₹2,499, both pay 15 Reward Points per ₹100 on travel and dining, and both have unlimited domestic lounges and a 2% forex markup. Tiara is the women-only version, on RuPay, with a bundle of wellness and shopping perks.
BOBCARD values Tiara's points at ₹0.25 each in its UPI terms. On that basis:
Abroad, 3.75% back minus 2% forex leaves you about 1.75% ahead, or roughly 1.4% once 18% GST on the markup is added.
The annual fee is waived only if you spend ₹2,50,000 in the card year, about ₹20,800 a month. Here is a year that clears it: ₹15,000 a month on dining and travel earns about ₹6,750, and ₹10,000 a month of other spend adds about ₹900. Around ₹7,650 back, and no fee.
Put mostly groceries and bills on it instead and you earn 0.75%. On ₹1.5 lakh a year that is about ₹1,125, well short of the roughly ₹2,950 fee with GST.
BOBCARD advertises perks "up to ₹31,652", and notes several are quarterly or annual and depend on offers. Users report a FitPass membership, a yearly health check-up, Lakme salon vouchers and quarterly vouchers for Nykaa, Flipkart or Myntra. The same users say the claim steps are unclear, so list each perk with its window when the card arrives and claim early.
Two more things holders mention: lounge access seems to need a quarterly spend, and onboarding is slow, with weeks of silence on some applications.
Yes, if you are a woman who spends ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 a month on dining and travel, wants a RuPay card for UPI, and will use the wellness perks. No, if your spend is mostly everyday bills or you will not cross ₹2.5 lakh. Men, or anyone who wants a ₹0 first year and 15X on online shopping too, should look at BOBCARD Eterna instead.
