You get 10% back on chosen Merchants, capped at ₹100 a month. On ₹10,000 of spend in the top category that is ₹100 back, so about ₹1,200 a year if you hit it every month. Rental, Wallet, Utility, Fuel earn nothing at all.

The BYOC Credit Card gives 1 complimentary domestic lounge visits a year. Access is not automatic any more, because you need ₹10,000 of spend in the previous quarter before the visits become available, which is ₹3,333 a month.

That does not clear the fee on its own, so this card only makes sense if the lounge visits or the co-brand benefits are worth the gap to you.
