The HDFC Bank UPI RuPay Credit Card charges ₹99 plus GST as a joining fee and the same ₹99 again at renewal. HDFC Bank waives the renewal fee if you spend ₹25,000 in the previous year, which is about ₹2,083 a month. If your card spend sits below that, treat ₹99 as a real yearly cost that your rewards have to clear first.
The 3% CashPoints on Groceries, SuperMarket, Dining & PayZapp transactions is limited at 500 points per calendar month.
The 2% CashPoints on Utility spends is limited at 500 points per calendar month.
The 1% CashPoints on other spends is limited at 500 points per calendar month.
CashPoints are not earned on Fuel, Rent, EMI, Insurance, Government, Education, and Wallet loads.
