You earn 7 points per ₹100 on IndiGo App and Web. Everything else earns 2 points per ₹100. Each point is worth about ₹1 when you redeem it well, so ₹10,000 of top category spend gives you 700 points, roughly ₹700, which is about 7% back. Fuel, Wallet Loading earn nothing at all.

The IndiGo SBI Card ELITE gives 8 complimentary domestic lounge visits a year, usually capped at 2 per quarter. International lounge visits are capped at 8 a year. Access is not automatic any more, because you need ₹1L of spend in the previous quarter before the visits become available, which is ₹33,333 a month.

At ₹3L of yearly spend the card returns roughly ₹6,000 at its general rate of about 2%, against a ₹4,999 renewal fee. That clears the fee, but not by much, so it is worth keeping only while your spending stays in the accelerated category.
