The joining fee is ₹399 plus GST and the renewal fee is ₹999 plus GST. PNB waives the renewal fee if you spend ₹1L in the previous year, which is about ₹8,333 a month. If your card spend sits below that, treat ₹999 as a real yearly cost that your rewards have to clear first.
Things to Keep in Mind
Annual fee of ₹999 is waived if annual spends on the card are ₹1,00,000 or above in the preceding year.
Fuel surcharge waiver is limited at ₹350 per statement cycle for RuPay Millennial cards.
