Axis Bank Atlas Credit CardHeavy monthly spend
Axis Magnus Credit CardAxis does not publish a simple income threshold in our data. Users report getting it through pre-approved offers tied to Burgundy or other premium Axis relationships.
This page covers Axis Bank's Reserve card only. It is not American Express Platinum Reserve or IDFC FIRST Diamond Reserve, which share the word but are different cards.
Reserve costs ₹50,000 + GST to join and the same every year, about ₹59,000 each time. So start with a heavy month, the kind this card is built for: ₹3 lakh of domestic spend and ₹1 lakh abroad.
That is 37,500 points in the month. Axis does not state a point value, so here is an assumption, clearly labelled: at ₹0.20 a point, the month is worth about ₹7,500. Do that every month and you earn around ₹90,000 a year against a ₹59,000 fee. Spend half as much and the rewards no longer cover the fee.
Transfers to airline and hotel partners run at 5 EDGE points to 2 partner points in our records, with a cap of 5,00,000 EDGE points converted a year. So the 37,500 points above become 15,000 partner points. Users say the better 5:4 ratio depends on a Burgundy Private relationship, and it is one of the main complaints that turned Reddit threads against the card. Confirm your ratio before you plan a redemption.
The bank page confirms unlimited Priority Pass and domestic lounge visits, Club ITC Culinaire, Accor Plus and Club Marriott Asia Pacific memberships, golf rounds, EazyDiner Prime and BookMyShow tickets. You also get 15,000 EDGE points once you activate the card, which you must do within 30 days.
Two perks are gone. Complimentary luxury airport transfers ended on 20 April 2024, after users in Bengaluru had already reported the city being dropped from the service. Oberoi hotel offers ended on 1 October 2025.
Search interest is mostly "axis bank reserve credit card eligibility", and Axis does not publish a simple income line in our data. Users describe getting Reserve as a pre-approved offer, usually while holding Magnus for Burgundy or another premium Axis relationship. If you are not in that relationship, start with your Axis relationship manager.
Consider Reserve only if you spend ₹4 lakh or more a month, a good share of it in foreign currency, and you would genuinely pay for the bundled hotel memberships, unlimited lounges and golf yourself.
Skip it if you are outside private banking or your spend is lower. Users comparing it most often prefer HDFC Infinia for net returns, and the Axis Atlas review covers a lower-fee route to Axis miles.
