You earn 10 points per ₹100 on Online spends with exclusive partners. Everything else earns 5 points per ₹100. Each point is worth about ₹0.25 when you redeem it well, so ₹10,000 of top category spend gives you 1000 points, roughly ₹250, which is about 2.5% back. Fuel, Rent Payment, Wallet Load, Cash Advance earn nothing at all.

Which spends do not earn rewards on the SimplyCLICK Advantage SBI Card?

Fuel, Rent Payment, Wallet Load, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Encash earn nothing on this card. Reward Points are not valid for statement credit redemption. Between them these cover a large part of a normal month, so work out your reward rate on eligible spend only, not on your total bill.

What changed on the SimplyCLICK Advantage SBI Card recently and is it still worth it in 2026?

Same partner/redemption cuts as SimplyCLICK; SBI portfolio changes. The changes are dated Apr 2025. At ₹1L of yearly spend the card returns roughly ₹250 at its general rate of about 0.25%, against a ₹499 renewal fee. That does not clear the fee on its own, so this card only makes sense if the lounge visits or the co-brand benefits are worth the gap to you.
