You earn 5 points per ₹100 on Travel purchases (domestic and international). Everything else earns 2 points per ₹100. Each point is worth about ₹0.25 when you redeem it well, so ₹10,000 of top category spend gives you 500 points, roughly ₹125, which is about 1.2% back. International purchases earn nothing at all.

Does the World Safari Credit Card give free airport lounge access?

The World Safari Credit Card gives 8 complimentary domestic lounge visits a year, usually capped at 2 per quarter. International lounge visits are capped at 2 a year. Access is not automatic any more, because you need ₹35,000 of spend in the previous quarter before the visits become available, which is ₹11,667 a month.
