Frequently Asked Questions

No. It costs ₹750 + GST a year, waived when you spend ₹3 lakh in a calendar year. Users who were promised it free say they were charged later, so get any offer in writing.

This page covers the ₹750 Platinum version of the Adani One ICICI card. The Adani One ICICI Bank Signature costs ₹5,000 and has different earn rates, lounge counts and movie offers, so do not mix up the two.

₹75,000 a quarter

That is the number that decides whether this card's headline perk exists for you. The Platinum gives 2 domestic lounge visits a quarter, but only after you spend ₹75,000 in the previous quarter, about ₹25,000 a month. Reddit threads from early 2026 discuss this spend rule being added to every Adani ICICI variant, and users call it the biggest letdown on the card.

If you spend ₹25,000 a month, you also clear the ₹3 lakh fee waiver, since the two thresholds line up. If you spend less, you are paying ₹750 + GST for an Adani One rewards card with no lounge access.

There are up to 8 premium lounge upgrades a year as well. ICICI does not explain what an upgrade includes, and holders ask the same question on Reddit, so confirm before relying on it. There is no international lounge access and no meet-and-greet.

What 3% on Adani One is worth

Rewards come as Adani Reward Points, which ICICI markets as value-back:

  • 3% on the Adani One ecosystem: flights, hotels and bill payments in the app.
  • 1.5% on international spends.
  • 1% on other domestic spends.
  • 0.5% on utility and insurance.

Take a year with ₹60,000 of flights and bills through Adani One and ₹2.4 lakh of other spend. That is ₹1,800 + ₹2,400, about ₹4,200 in points on ₹3 lakh, assuming points redeem at ICICI's value. Users report redemption is not always smooth, especially vouchers and airport store purchases.

The 1.5% abroad is a trap. The forex markup is 3.5%, about 4.13% with GST, so ₹10,000 spent overseas costs you about ₹413 and earns back about ₹150.

Year one and after

Spend ₹10,000 within 60 days and you get ₹2,000 in flight vouchers, which covers the ₹750 + GST fee if you fly. From year two, ICICI waives the fee on ₹3 lakh of spend in a calendar year, not a card year. Some users say the card was offered to them as lifetime free and they were later charged; get any such promise in writing. BookMyShow gives 25% off movie tickets, up to ₹100.

Worth it after year one?

Keep the Platinum if you book flights and pay bills through Adani One and spend ₹25,000 a month. You get the fee waived, the lounge visits and about 1.4% back overall.

Below that spend, users describe it as a use-for-a-year-then-cancel card: the welcome vouchers are the best part. If lounges are what you want, users point to Scapia; for flat online cashback, SBI Cashback. Monzy's ICICI lounge access list compares the other ICICI options.
